Bucksmore Oxford is the sister course to Bucksmore Cambridge at Clare College. It is designed for older junior students from 14 to 17. Because it is only 10 minutes from the historic city centre, it is perfect for older teenagers who want more freedom and tuition.
St Hilda's College is one of the riverside colleges of Oxford University. It sits in four acres of beautiful gardens on the the banks of the river Cherwell, a few minutes walk from the centre of Oxford.
Students all receive 25 full hours of English per week and, as part of the English syllabus they also sit a Bucksmore Assessment.
There are two full day excursions and one half day trip per week. All entrance fees are included in excursions and trips. Students will have the opportunity to visit many different places including London.
Bucksmore operate an airport meet and greet service for all students to and from London Heathrow or Gatwick airport. Students are transferred to the centre on arrival and returned to the airport on departure. A member of the Bucksmore team meets them at the airport and accompanies them on the departure.
The accommodation at St Hilda's Oxford University is mainly single rooms with some twin rooms. The Bucksmore staff are on site 24 hours a day and the college staff are on hand to ensure the security and safety of all our students.
There is a very full programme at a Bucksmore Centre with students taking part in activities every afternoon and evening. Students take part in sporting, creative, cultural and social activities.
Our students use English while having fun and mixing with students from many different nationalities!
