"No 1 Family run school in the UK, No 2 for home-stay accommodation, Best School in Devon!" EL Gazette Lists based on our British Council Inspection 2017
Brought to you by Isca School of English
Sending your child to another country to learn English is an increasingly important decision and there are many schools so why choose the Isca School of English? What makes us different?
INDEPENDENT FAMILY RUN ENGLISH SCHOOL: We have been based in Exeter since 1966. My grandparents started the school, my parents and I work hard to make sure that our students learn and are challenged in their classes. Our students are mainly individuals which gives our school a different feel from many of the big chains. As a family we know how important this time abroad is for your child and very much enjoy making sure they are cared for and learning whilst also enjoying some of the most beautiful parts of the country in their free time. You can always contact me directly as can your child during their stay.
ACCREDITATION: We are accredited by the British Council and our last British council inspection report where we were awarded 13 strengths making us the best school in Exeter. We have been an El Gazette "Centre of Excellence" 2013 - 2018 (based directly on the results of our British council inspection.)Please look at our video and photo gallery and website (www.iscaschool.com) and read our inspection report https://www.iscaschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Isca-School-of-English-British-Council-report-2017.pdf to see more reasons why you should choose Isca this summer.
We have been a Centre of Excellence for the EL Gazette since 2013 and according to their analysis (based on our British Council inspection report) are the number 2 homestay provider in the whole of the UK!
TESTIMONIALS: These are some of the testimonials we received from our student's parents
I would like to thank you for the good time our children have had in Exeter this summer. They were all delighted, and so are we with the excellent organisation.

I am emailing to inform you that my daughter, Irene came back to Spain without problems and with much more fluency in English language. Your school achieved the goal. She have come delighted with your staff, your method of teaching, the school atmosphere, the classmates and, of course, with her host-family. I encourage you to follow with the exciting, but sometimes hard, world of Education. Thank you very much for all and, please, transmits my thanks to all your team.
